Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of Axific, operated by AX Digital (“we”, “us”). By using Axific you agree to them. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
The service, as it actually is today
Axific is under active development and provided on an early-access, “as is” basis. It is not offered with any uptime or availability guarantee, features may change or be removed, and some parts of it are still being validated. We’ll use reasonable efforts to keep it running and to tell you about material changes, but we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose beyond what’s described on the site.
Connected accounts
Where you connect a third-party account (for example, a Google account) to Axific, you’re responsible for having the right to grant that access, and for the accuracy of any account/location details you provide. You can disconnect a connected account at any time from Axific’s Integrations settings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Axific to access data or accounts you don’t have the right to access;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service;
- use Axific for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
Axific’s software, design, and underlying methodology belong to AX Digital. Data you connect or provide (your own site content, your own account data) remains yours — we don’t claim ownership of it, and we use it only to provide the service back to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AX Digital isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Axific. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee or right that can’t lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Axific at any time, including if these terms are breached. You can stop using Axific and disconnect your accounts at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Axific changes. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date above.
